Working to keep our wild horses wild

Leave a Legacy in the pine nut mountains

Buy a parcel of land and donate it or keep it in your name with a deed restriction to assure it stays unfenced for wild horses to roam on forever. These are natural off-grid lots, miles from improvements or roads.

One landowner is selling thousands of acres of land in the hills of the Pine Nut Mountains where our wild homes roam. Lucky for us, the seller loves wild horses.

The American Wild Horse Conservation has already purchased over 3,300 acres to keep open and assure our wild horses and other wildlife have access to critical water sources and pathways to feed.

Donate funds to add to an account earmarked for land purchase. BLM told us AML was 11 to 26, as there was no water on BLM. Donors funded the purchase of hundreds of acres with springs, ponds or creeks.

There are still thousands of acres for sale and some are large parcels.  Too large for most donors to afford.  We will earmark funds until enough is raised to purchase any one of those larger parcels.   They range from 80 acres, 100 acres, 680 acres and one parcel that is nearly 5,200 acres with water rights.   All for $1,000 an acre and a few 40 acre parcels remaining at $49,000

Buy a parcel and put in any 501c3 who will protect it for wild horses and other wildlife. This is a tax deductible donation when you donate to a 501c3 like the American Wild Horse Conservation

Along with the land placed in the nonprofit the American Wild Horse Conservation, a forty acre parcel with a critical year around spring was purchased by the  CHANTECAILLE CONSERVATION FOUNDATION  and another 40 acre parcel with a pond purchased by  GURUS GUARDIAN ANGELS , a 160 acre parcel was purchased by one of our volunteers and leased to AWHC for a base property.
